Georgette Heyer Royal Giveaway!

In honor of the Royal Wedding of Prince William of Wales and Kate Middleton, Sourcebooks is giving away two mystery Georgette Heyer novels to two winners from this blog. The two books will be a surprise to the winners, and me as well. I don't know what titles they will be. See below for the details on how to enter. Georgette Heyer is one of my favorite authors - I want to enter!!

Sourcebooks has been kind enough to two secret Georgette Heyer title for a giveaway to two separate people.


If you would like to win one of these Georgette Heyer title, please leave a comment about what intrigues you about Georgette Heyer, her novels, or the royal wedding.



As part of your comment, you must include an email address. If I can't find a way to contact you I will draw another winner.

I will be using random.org (or a monte carlo simulation in excel) to pick the winners from the comments.

  1. I must say I love a happy ending and after Diana's death and all the controversy with marriages in the royal family it is nice to see Prince William in love. I couldn't imagine being a Prince or marrying one but hey what are dreams and books for lol! I do wish him and Kate all the best!!! And thanks for this giveaway!

  3. It seems to me that Georgette Heyer "defined" the regence period. I've read several of her regency romances and love them. Haven't yet read any of the mysteries.

  5. Since my father dragged me out of bed for the royal wedding in 1981, I have always been intrigued by the English royals. I love all the pomp and circumstance of this new wedding and am glad that much is being made of this event.

  18. I love Georgette Heyers books. I like that her character seem so real...I think they are folks I could be friends with.

    As for the Royal Wedding...those just happen so seldom and are such huge celebrations...it is just fun to watch. I have only seen two after all.
